KEEPING HOPE: AN UPDATE ON OUR HOME IN THAILAND

WE WERE SO GRATEFUL TO BE ABLE TO VISIT THE KIDS EARLIER THIS YEAR!

We had the amazing opportunity to go to Thailand earlier this year and meet the 20 orphaned children we have told you so much about! The journey was exciting, we not only got to meet these amazing children but we also had the opportunity to explore the mood, culture, design, and food of Thailand. We love to embrace the beauty and distinct individuality of all cultures and we frequently use the inspiration we get from our travels in our designs.

EXPLORING THAILAND

WE COULDN’T HAVE DONE THIS ALONE!

Thank you to all the sponsors who helped get us past the finish line and make it possible to get the house built in time to give these children a home before the rainy season in Thailand started. We are grateful they have a healthy and safe place to call their own.

As we got to Thailand we were able to first sit down with TuTu and hear first hand stories about her and each of the kids. TuTu grew up in swinging from vines in a local tribe and moved all the way up to becoming a house director for Asia’s Hope. We look back at the relationships and connections we were able to make while with the children with a grateful heart. The work that Asia’s Hope is doing is invaluable.

Thank you to the sponsors who sent along additional funding to get each of the children a new set of clothes. They were so excited picking them out and ran home and all immediately changed into them to show us.

We enjoyed seeing such happiness in all of their faces and hated when we had to say goodbye.

Stay tuned in coming months for information on our next big event to continue to support the house and children of Chiang Rai!
