- Leadership is taught. Teach leaders the difference between management and leadership.

- Be curious, not judgmental.
- Think big – then think even bigger.
- Invest! Make financial investments sooner. Jump on that opportunity!
- Do not be afraid of color.
- Have an abundance mindset and avoid a scarcity mindset.
- Always make it right.
