Found within the lively Italian Village neighborhood in Columbus, the Lusso Apartments can be described as suburban style within a heavily urban market. With sophisticated style that feels like a luxury boutique hotel, this space is a combination of modern and timeless design. Blending traditional design with new contemporary and modern aspects, surprise elements can be found throughout the space. With a change in design vision and target demographic for the space, the clients wanted the project to feel not-so-sophisticated to welcome younger crowds. Residents can enjoy large windows that welcome plenty of natural light, built-in shelving in the lounge, a luxurious pool, and seemingly endless curated art. Through funky and fun elements such as dark red paneled walls and bold patterns, this space is full of flare.
