Some time ago I started the “Gratitude Initiative” at Crimson Design. This project encourages our team to write thank you notes and express gratitude, whenever the feeling strikes, to anyone and everyone in their lives.
We’ve put together a gratitude station in a prominent location in our office so that all are reminded that thank you notes can be (and should be) written at any time. We also meet on a regular basis and write thank you notes together as a team to ensure our gratitude is front and center.
Since it’s a special week to reflect on being thankful, I wanted to take a moment on our blog to thank all of our clients, vendors, friends, and family for the continued success of Crimson Design. Thank you for your business, your trust and your confidence. It is our pleasure to work with all of you.
I also want to express my appreciation for our team. Their dedicated efforts to work hard on every project, grow through continued learning, explore new design styles and trends, and bring our clients’ visions to life for a wide range of residential and commercial projects is unparalleled. We have a fun team culture here at Crimson that feels like family, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
