Cheryl and I recently took a little road trip up north to visit the new culinary hot spot of Columbus. Well, it’s sort of in Columbus. I’m talking about the Veritas Tavern in Delaware, Ohio. It’s about a 30min drive from Columbus. We invited our good friend Brian Coovert of Brian Coovert Floral Designs to join us. We all piled in our car and headed out for this food wonderland. Word on the street was that our experience was going to be a fantastic one as well as one influenced by moleculargastronomy. What an incredibleexperience!We had no idea what to choose from the menu so we said “give us the whole menu”.Do you blame us?
