Enter into an environment that is completely saturated with feeling. Crimson Design Group’s Harper House project was awarded second place for Best New Development & Design: Interior in the 2021 Multi-Housing News (MHN) Excellence Awards!
Harper House at The Highlands in Columbus, Ohio is a 217-unit property designed for young professionals in their mid-20s to late 30s. The design team incorporated the developer’s branded colors and then pushed the boundaries.
Throughout the apartment community, residents enjoy the height of luxury while also feeling at home. A variety of small and large gathering areas encourage social interaction with other residents. The game room includes a pool table and banquette seating for optimal entertaining. The clubhouse lobby was designed to make residents and guests feel as if they are in an opulent hotel.
The judges response to this award-winning property states “[it feels as if] You are entering into an environment that is completely saturated with a feeling.”
