Luxe23: One-of-a-Kind Luxury Living

Luxe23 is an unforgettable space in the heart of the Short North in Columbus, Ohio. We partnered with several local artisans for this luxury multi-family commercial project to provide a one-of-a-kind experience to transport visitors and tenants to another world.

A space so unique you don’t know where to look, Luxe23 is the winner of the 2021 Design Excellence Gold Award for Commercial Spaces from ASID!

As you enter the Luxe23 Lobby, you are greeted by a clover banquette adorned with velvet throw pillows, Pierre Frey lanterns, bespoke lanterns, a seven-foot brass chandelier, upholstered doors, a 12-foot sculpture of a woman from the waist down, and a mural that adds whimsical flair (hand-painted by a local artist Sarah Hout). The Whiskey Lounge features an upholstered velvet bar front with down lighting. Mill-work with brass details showcasing curated whiskeys is displayed above the bar.

Leveling up to the second floor clubhouse through an arched brick wall, you will find yourself amongst a combination of animal prints and hides, colorful and printed wall coverings, mixed gold light fixtures, and a bold collection of furniture. The front desk features a concave fluted design and is surrounded by a rich blue, hand-painted mural. New and old collected objects throughout the clubhouse provide artistic backdrops. Pops of magenta are carried throughout the building; bringing a vibrant energy to each space.

Featuring chandeliers from Italy hanging above the Moroccan-inspired tiled fountain, you’ll be invited to take a dip at the rooftop terrace. There are several comfortable seating options surrounding the fountain, and the live greenery makes it feel as if you are in an oasis hidden in the middle of the city.

Thought-provoking artwork, eye-catching wall coverings, ornate chandeliers, and pink pillars are more elements that make Luxe23 anything but ordinary. Not only are these living spaces bold and beautiful, they are carried throughout the property leaving nothing to be desired and capturing a luxurious boutique feel.
