This downtown project was a new build with a contemporary design vision for the young adult demographic taking over Columbus, Ohio. A fun blend of pattern, color, and programming, @ 150 North Third harnesses the use of bright, bold colors into one cohesive clubhouse. Citrus yellow, orange, green, and blue marry perfectly in this contemporary and light space, while providing programming like bocce ball, outdoor games, and billiards to attract the young adult demographic.
The large cylindrical light fixtures over the front desk are a bold statement piece upon entry, drawing visitors’ attention through the space. The kitchen banquette is a custom design with two-tone fabric application. It provides soft, distinct seating in the otherwise large clubhouse space.
@ 150 North Third took us on a long journey – nearly 3 years – through COVID-19 delays, budget reductions, and spikes in material costs. Bringing the client’s expectations to life through this project was challenging at times, as many materials had to be re-addressed and reselected due to unforeseen circumstances, however the final product is what everyone had in mind all along! We are so grateful to our many project partners for their patience and perseverance throughout the pandemic, and their unwavering support to upstanding service and client satisfaction.
