Our client requested an office space that encouraged employees to come back to the office after working remotely for several years during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the client requested break rooms, kitchen conference rooms, elevator lobbies, a multi-functional collaborative workspace, a coffee bar area where employees could work individually or socialize, and an executive lobby with a luxury feel to complete this corporate office space.
The design vision was a combination of a traditional Restoration Hardware look and a California coffee house feel. Despite budget constraints and a fast-moving timeline, our designers worked diligently to marry these two aesthetics together in a beautiful and functional manner.
Our designers were successful in creating a lobby with a “wow” factor similar to that of a hotel rather than a corporate office. From the tall cement water fountain, to the traditional chandelier in the center of the room, to the floor to ceiling greenery wall, the lobby is nothing short of spectacular.
Another standout design element are the custom-built upholstered window niche banquettes in the third floor collaborative space. The banquettes provide a cozy, inviting setting for employees to meet and work together.
