Corporate Office

Preferred Living Office

A company’s office space should reflect its brand and culture. When our long term partners at Preferred Living asked us to help them renovate a forty year old building to house their company, we knew we’d need to create a space for their employees that was as refined, bespoke, and warm as their multifamily clubhouses and apartments.

Working with local craftspeople, we designed and custom built two eight-foot-tall doors made out of reclaimed wood, designed a front desk and had it custom built and upholstered with a tufted mustard leather, and installed a brick fireplace with a custom built mantle. For the employees, we designed a kitchen that would serve as a place for gathering and a conference room with a custom built table and tufted leather chairs. For a company that values an elevated living experience, we had to create an office space infused with custom details and inviting features that encourage employees to work and live well.
