Dalton

Luxury Multifamily Housing

A unique color palette, pattern and texture play, and custom furniture pieces are just some of the drool-worthy elements that went into creating this beautiful 2-story clubhouse at Dalton, Luxury Apartments located in New Albany, Ohio.

Our client wanted to capture that whimsical feeling that is oftentimes found in boutique hotels or clubs in chic, metropolitan areas like NYC. The space was created to feel upscale in a non-traditional sense. Blending bold patterns and textures was crucial in creating a boutique feeling in a shared space.

The upstairs level of the space was designed to feel and look like a library. Our team was able to deliver that same level of sophistication and coziness that you can practically when you think of a library. With the use of custom furniture pieces, both couches, chairs, and high tops, the designers achieved both functionality and design.

Your eye may be drawn to the grand bookcases that grow tall from the first to the second floor, stocked with a plethora of brightly colored books and unique accessories. Although these bookcases look relatively simple in design, because of their size and location near the surrounding trim work, these pieces took careful and deliberate planning to ensure a beautiful and seamless result.

Take note of the eccentric red corduroy upholstered walls in the leasing space, and you will be blown away. These walls help deliver that boutique, luxury feel and provide a unique contrast to the deep teal featured in the space as well.

While we are joyful for the residents of Dalton to be able to live and bask in the beauty of this space whenever they please.. We would be lying if we said we weren’t a little jealous that this isn’t our space, too!
