When Preferred Living introduced us to their innovative, luxury project called The Highlands, we were excited to partner with them. We created three, completely unique clubhouses on one resort-style property in Dublin, Ohio.
Graham Park differs from its sister clubhouses in design aesthetic and feel, while retaining the Preferred Living brand. The foyer features two crystal chandeliers that hang from the vaulted ceilings over a custom designed, classic royal blue front desk. This clubhouse is shaped like a horseshoe, with curved hallways leading to one unique space after another. The curvature of the hall is painted with a mural that brings to mind an English countryside estate. The lounge features artwork that draws inspiration from Art Deco design, Fauvism, and Expressionism. A fun addition of arcade games makes this space the perfect mix of what’s classic and what’s new. In the clubhouse kitchen and dining area, a tufted velvet banquette creates the perfect space to gather and sip cocktails in a group. Or, for tenants that want to spend time with their closest friends, there’s an area to play chess in front of the fireplace. The clubhouse at Graham Park perfectly embodies Preferred Living’s elegant and refined aesthetic.
