Bold yellow and red globally inspired elements push the color palette at Preferred Living’s Hanover Park multifamily property. Offering spaces for collaboration and lounging, the Hanover Park clubhouse serves as a “getaway” for tenants. Rooted in the client’s bold traditional style, we designed a shelf that lined the upper perimeter of an entire lounge room. Despite several openings and what initially seemed like obstacles, we executed this unique vision and the shelf now displays hundreds of books and accessories for tenants to peruse.
Inspired by a space in Morocco that featured several mismatched mouldings, we created an accent wall that serves as the grand focal point upon entry into the space. The leasing desk is eclectic in style, also featuring picture mouldings used in a contemporary way. The rug-inspired murals lining both curved hallways are arguably the most instagrammable space on the property!
