A luxury, resort-style clubhouse that makes you feel as if you’ve stepped into another world (or country). Harper House oozes global influence from custom arched moulding to ceramic mosaic tiles saturated with inviting colors.
At the time, this was the largest project Crimson had worked on, and we BROUGHT IT. A Preferred Living project, the aesthetic follows their traditional bold, masculine brand while featuring a warm color palette with mustard yellows, dark greens, and accents of red and orange.
The channel-tufted upholstered front desk and custom built-ins behind it are the focal point upon entry. Dramatic dark green walls and the upholstered doors leading to the theater room draw you down the hallway toward the lounge area. The fireplace covered in 3 different black glazed tiles plays off of the black and white ceramic mosaic tiles on the floor in the bar area.
With unique features such as a dog wash room and respective men and women lounges off of the fitness area, this was a project of many “firsts.” We aimed to create a distinct style that hadn’t been seen anywhere else. Three different fabrics line the custom, large scale U-shaped game room banquettes for a one-of-a-kind, bold statement piece. The window trim matches the rich green cabinets at the bar, contrasting against the gold tile backsplash and custom wood island front. The cabanas surrounding the outdoor pool and grill area transport you to a luxurious, secluded resort
Harper House is second to none and aims to peak visual interest at every turn.
