Luxe Belle

Luxury Student Housing

Vivid. Inviting. Eclectic. Luxurious. These are not words typically associated with student housing. But, then again, nothing about Luxe Belle is typical. Inspired by the building’s future student tenants, many of whom would be international, we sought to create a globally influenced, colorful space with a youthful vibe.

We designed the clubhouse with the tenants’ specific needs in mind; we planned discrete areas for studying, entertainment, and socializing. The space features a 24-hour Starbucks coffee bar, arcade games, a study bar, areas for group projects with custom booth seating, and, of course, plenty of outlets for charging devices. The building’s first floor features a lounge area that shares a glass wall with its namesake, Taco Bell. From the glass decanter light fixture above the custom built front desk to the steamer trunk in the lounge, Luxe Belle is replete with distinct, vintage inspired items that elevate the space while making it really feel like a home away from home.  Luxe Belle’s intentional design truly allows for students’ lives to be, well, belle.
