Our client, Preferred Living, wanted to create a resort-like atmosphere that offered residents a place to socialize that also felt like home. Luxe88 is a luxury multi-family residence offering upscale amenities and finishes.
The Japan Marketplace is adjacent to Luxe88 and was our main inspiration of global influence in this space. Bright pops of red in each area of the clubhouse, from the lobby to the game room, play and contrast with white and gold accents in both furniture and finishes. With an all-inclusive clubhouse for both work and play, and enhanced outdoor living including cabanas and a lounge, the space is accommodating of the dynamic personalities of all residents.
A place of luxury-level tranquility, no attention to detail was spared when designing Luxe88. This project is very much a modern take on 1920’s inspiration. From the artwork of vintage cars and portraits to more modern abstract pieces, the space is a blast from the past that is wonderfully intertwined with modern day trends. The bold red carpeting on the grand staircase along with the ornate chandeliers are reminiscent of the Great Gatsby era; a story is told in each furnishing, accessory, and piece of art at Luxe88.
