Cheryl Stauffer

CEO + Principal

Cheryl Stauffer believes great design is a bridge — connecting where we’ve been with where we’re going, weaving memory with possibility. Born in Paraguay and rooted in the Midwest, she carries with her a deep understanding of color, warmth, and place. That blend of origins inspired the very name Crimson Design Group, and it continues to shape her belief that design should make people feel something real.

As CEO and Principal of Crimson, a nationally recognized and WBENC-certified woman-owned interior design firm, Cheryl has spent more than two decades redefining elevated living across luxury residences, boutique hotels, and multifamily communities. Her leadership is grounded in generosity, gratitude, and a commitment to beauty — not as ornament, but as a way of life. She guides a team known for bringing heart, curiosity, and unexpected discoveries to every project, creating spaces that tell a story and invite people to belong.

Outside the studio, Cheryl pours the same intention into her roles as wife, mother, friend, and unabashed beauty obsessive. She believes success and giving are inseparable, joy is a discipline, and there’s always time to gather people well. Whether designing a home or hosting a great party, her work is anchored in connection — to place, to people, and to the moments that make life meaningful.
