A middle-aged man with gray hair sits on a yellow chair, wearing a gray sweater and black pants, smiling at the camera. A white orchid is visible in the corner.

Scott Galloway

Chief Operating Officer + Integrator

Scott Galloway brings more than two decades of senior operational, financial, and organizational leadership to Crimson Design Group. Before joining the team, he served in executive roles across national retail and consumer brands — leading FP&A, merchandise planning, organizational integration, and large-scale process transformation for companies including Designer Brands, Camuto Group, Janie and Jack, Big Lots, and Lane Bryant. Through his consulting firm, he also supported emerging and established businesses as a CFO, COO, EOS Integrator, and advisor, helping teams stabilize, scale, and unlock new levels of clarity.

At Crimson, Scott’s strength is turning complexity into alignment. He oversees operations, finance, and FF&E procurement with a steady hand, ensuring the creative team has the structure, resources, and support needed to do their best work. What he values most is working alongside a team that truly lives its culture, one built on respect, generosity, and collective momentum.

Scott’s personal design aesthetic blends Industrial and Rustic Farmhouse, with a love for reclaimed wood and wrought iron — materials that feel honest, hardworking, and enduring. His mornings begin with caring for his pups and gearing up for the day, and he carries into his work the guiding insight that “don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.” Outside the office, his hidden talent is landscaping, a craft that mirrors how he approaches leadership: shaping environments thoughtfully, patiently, and with an eye toward long-term growth.
