Mallory Weber

Senior Designer

Mallory Weber brings more than a decade of design experience to Crimson Design Group, with a career spanning retail environments, boutique studios, and now high-end residential and commercial interiors. Her design aesthetic leans Mid-Century Modern — clean lines, thoughtful geometry, and a balance of simplicity and character. She gravitates toward black and white stained wood for its sculptural presence and the way it adds quiet drama to a space.

Mallory’s creativity is fueled by collaboration. She loves being surrounded by the talent and camaraderie of the Crimson team, where ideas are sharpened through partnership and every project becomes a shared pursuit of excellence. Before joining Crimson, she spent nearly eight years designing for L Brands, refining her eye for detail, brand experience, and spatial storytelling.

Her favorite travel destination is the Pacific Northwest, especially San Juan Island, where the rugged shoreline and evergreen quiet recharge her imagination. Guided by the simple reminder to “always wear sunscreen on your face,” she believes in practicality, longevity, and taking care of what endures. Mallory also has a hidden talent for Pop-a-Shot basketball — a playful competitiveness that mirrors the energy she brings to her work.
