With more than seven years at Crimson Design Group, Lisa brings operational precision and an eye for beauty to every project she supports. Her design aesthetic leans toward California Casual — warm, relaxed, layered with neutrals, earthy tones, and natural materials. She especially loves exploring the world of tile, from color variations to creative installation methods, and the way those choices can quietly elevate an entire space.

Before stepping into her role as Purchasing Lead, Lisa served as a Project Manager, Project and Installation Administrator, and Purchasing Expeditor, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how design, logistics, and client experience intersect. That background allows her to shepherd each project smoothly from concept to completion, partnering closely with designers to translate creative vision into reality.

What she loves most about Crimson is the culture — a team that genuinely cares for one another and shows up with heart. Guided by the belief that “if something scares you, it’s a good sign you should do it,” Lisa brings courage, curiosity, and competence to her role every day. She also has a hidden talent for memorizing long sequences of numbers, a skill that quietly fuels her accuracy and attention to detail.
