We are so excited to welcome the newest member to the Crimson family, Fae! Fae is the Gallery Coordinator for The Bazaar.

Growing up in the scenic town of Millersport on Buckeye Lake, Fae always felt a connection to the outdoors, forming a love for hiking and camping that has significantly influenced her artistic journey. This connection to nature has been a constant source of inspiration.

Fae pursued her passion for art and education at The Ohio State University, where she studied painting, drawing, and education. Her personal art practice includes creating oil paintings and miniatures, often inspired by the subtleties of daily life. A fun fact that may surprise you is that Fae can cut her own hair and hasn’t been to a hair salon in 10 years—further proving her love for personal expression!

Fae admires the work of William Morris, a renowned textile artist, and Aaron Burleson, a talented artist local to Columbus. These influences, combined with her love for attending local arts events, exploring Columbus, and visiting new cities, enrich Fae’s passion for art and culture.

Outside of work, Fae enjoys immersing herself in the arts community, whether it’s attending local events or exploring museums in new cities. A mantra she loves to live by is: “Find something you love and let it kill ya.”

Fae is excited to expand and evolve The Bazaar and plans to involve even more local artists to showcase the diversity of the Columbus arts scene. Fae believes in the power of collaboration and conversation. We are so excited to see her take The Bazaar to new heights!

Make sure you are following The Bazaar on social media and subscribe to our newsletter so you never miss an update!
